Solicitors need to satisfy FSA and SRA regulatory requirements concerning advice given on insurance products.
We are only able to undertake work for solicitors firms that are registered with the Law Society on the Exempt Professional Firm (EPF) register and we may ask for notification of the EPF number.
Complaints Procedure
QLP aim to provide first class service and support, if you however are concerned with the service provided we would be grateful for the opportunity to make amends as it is our experience that most problems can be quickly resolved. Therefore please contact us as soon as an issue arises and the matter will be addressed immediately.
If you are still not satisfied with our response then you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service FOS. You must contact the FOS within 6 months of our final response to your complaint. You are not bound by the decision of the FOS and may take further action if you wish. However the FOS will not adjudicate on any cases where litigation has commenced.
